One Ticket to Rio de Janeiro, Please
The country of Brazil is handing out 11 million free condoms in an effort to prevent the spread of AIDS during Carnival celebrations in early February. Apparently, quite a bit of casual sex occurs during the festival, which features samba music and partially nude dancers. In related news, this blog is now accepting donations for airfare to Brazil. You should have played more attention on past December 10th as several NGOs give millions of condoms for free on the World AIDS day.
Anyways I don't rely very much on free condoms, in fact I have only used them a couple of times. I just prefer my own ones :)
