Why Is It That Zero Tolerance Often Means Zero Intelligence?

Two special education students (aged 9 and 10 years old) in Florida were arrested Monday and charged with making a written threat to kill or harm another person, a felony act. The boys were led out of their school in handcuffs and suspended after drawing stick-figure pictures of them doing harm to another boy. No word yet as to whether the crayons the boys used to draw the pictures will be considered deadly weapons. Source

Comments:
You mean crayons AREN'T deadly weapons.

My friends and I used to do that on a daily basis from kindergarten up until high school.

Handcuffing 9 year old girls for carrying paper scissors to class, arresting this two guys, censhoring butts on cartoons, saying that Spoonge Bob is a bad influence for children, forcing schools to advise that Evolutionism is 'only' a theory, ...

Why don't Americans get rid of all the faggots that are trying to install such an oppresing state in the US? It's easy, you just have to say 'don't be stupid' to every short-minded guy who raises his voice with a dumb statement like these.

Similar situation here in the Philly area:
HS Junior, class president, honor roll, Nat'l Honor Society, etc is expelled from school after being caught with a 3" knife in his pocket! The knife was a gift from his older brother. He used it to whittle, open cans, etc

The school district's No-Tolerance rules kicked in and now he's attending the local community college for his GED.
