Now Here Is Someone Who Knows How to Keep a Promise
A Welsh man drinking at a club told his bar buddies that if Wales won a rugby match against England, "I'll cut my own balls off." When Wales finished the game two points ahead, the man went outside and promptly severed his own testicles. He then brought them back into the club to show that he did indeed carry out the deed.
