Carmelo Cisabella can't catch a break. More than a decade ago, he was paralyzed after being involved in a motorcycle accident. Because of his time spent in a wheelchair, he developed a lethal infection of the spine and has been given six months to live. Now Cisabella is trying to speed up the courts so he can receive an already agreed-upon settlement of $596,300, but the slow-moving Sicilian legal system won't budge.
